When do orgasms stop hurting?

I’m 1 week post op; planning to wait at least 2 weeks for anything internal, but have hurt even clitoral orgasms can hurt for a while after bi salp so I’m scared. I already have vaginismus and don’t want to make it worse by a bad experience
