I screwed myself on the Leda fight, help

I’ve been busy with work the past few months and have been slowly edging through the DLC during free time, not doing as much exploring as I normally would to try to get through the game as quickly as possible.

It seems like I’ve been doing an even worse job at it than I thought though, because I’ve reached the Leda fight, and have no friendly summons. According to the internet, you unlock these through side quests — which clearly I have missed completely.

What are my options here? Am I locked out of all of them, or can I still go out and do some shadow lands networking? Is there a cheese build that works here? Leda and her posse keep kicking my ass (even with my mimic) and at this point it’s just kind of embarrassing.
