Do i need to buy it on switch aswell?

So i have bought PoT couple years ago, i think it was 2020. And i bought the complete pack with mobile and pc, and all that. But i saw the game is on Switch and consoles. I currently have a nintendo switch but i dont understand, i'll need to buy the game again to play on the SAME account i already have the game?
