Picking a new church, at a crossroad

Hello everyone!

I have a question I think you all could help me with. I decided recently I want to find a new home church. Long story short, doctrinal differences and I'm looking for stronger, Bible based preaching. It is a rather large church, around 800 people on busy sundays, and I am a big part of the music team, I play electric bass guitar and the music is more modern worship music. I know people have mixed feelings on charismatic church music, but this isn't a big part of my question.

It is difficult to find a church that has a similar degree of music that can use a bass player, and most churches that check the boxes in other areas are more hymns or just piano. I feel called to serve in worship music, and I don't mind more traditional music but I just want to be a part of it.

Is this feeling from god, compelling me to use a gift he gave me to the fullest, or is this a selfish desire I have and finding a church with a larger music ministry should be secondary?
