What next?

I've heard this game compared with Nioh a ton. Sekiro and nioh are some of the only souls I couldn't get into. Was thinking about trying to give sekiro another go after learning to parry in this and LoP. The few times I gave nioh a shot it just seemed like odd? I don't even know how to explain it. Any recommendations on weapons/tips for nioh 2? Or if I should just do sekiro first.
