Hi hello. Since this is about dumb phones . I'm asking this question.

I regularly buy retro phones but in Refurbished condition. So if I wanted to buy phones with Original Box (sealed packs). I want to buy in BULK. Where can I buy. (EXCLUDE ebay). When phones are not sold. Usually they will sell at discounted price or Recycling or Give them to government. I'm from India. I can't find any source/platform in India to purchase. Apparently this kind of thing is available in other countries. They are called "Tech Liquidators". So, any inside info about this. If you know.
