Traveling in another country run out of valacyclovir

It is a light outbreak, one bubble, not itchy (yet). I don’t have medicine left and I can’t get it because it is under prescription and I don’t have time to see a local doctor.

Would it be ok if I just do nothing? Or can I eat over the counter aclclovir cream and maybe it is just the med with some harmless cream?
