+640 days since last update! I-485

I have been waiting forever, and I kind of forgot my case, to be honest! Is this normal? The last update was REF back in 2023. They asked me to provide some evidence of why I overstayed my visa by 7 days a few years ago.

I submitted everything with my lawyer, and that's it; they ghosted me. The lawyer mentioned something about there being no more visa numbers available, and I was like, huh! Okay.
