Ordered 3/26 and have not received package

I ordered on 3/26 and paid for expedited shipping. On 3/31 it stopped in Chicago and says there is a clearance delay. It needs needs the manufacturers name and address or a manufacturer ID. I’ve reached out to SHEIN and have gotten the run around of “we checked and it’s fine FedEx doesn’t always update and you’ll get it but in case you don’t just wait until the 7th”. So of course the 7th came and went and still nothing. FedEx still says it’s stuck in Chicago.

Has anyone else had this happen? How long did it take to get your stuff? Should I just give up on it?
