Lightheadedness and strange feeling in limbs for weeks
Hello I 31M have been experiencing on and off spells of lightheadedness for about a 3 weeks now one of the weeks it was full blown dizziness like vertigo but that went away after about 5 days.
The symptoms seem to get worse when I sit but they are not very bad over all, the lightheadedness is mild but it bothers me, I get short sharp headaches that last a few seconds at most then go away, when I sit for a long time like the drive home from work I get a weird feeling in my face/jaw/neck that sometimes spreads to my hands too it's like a tingling feeling almost numb kind of but it goes away when I get home. I feel like it is harder to breathe sometimes too not like I'm gasping for air but more like my throat is a little tighter and my breathing feels off like my breaths are shorter until I notice.
I have had a cardiac CT, echo, multiple ECG tests about 21 blood tests and 5 X-rays all clear except one raised liver enzyme result (ALP to be specific) but everything is back to normal now.
I had all these tests as I kept getting chest pain then I had a raised troponin blood test (turned out to be excessive exercise) and the chest pain was a fractured rib which could explain the raised ALP apparently as my other liver markers were fine.
These symptoms started after a particularly bad chest infection which has since gone (about 3 weeks ago) i assumed this could be lingering effects of the infection but it went away for a week then came back this morning and I have felt bad all day. I did have a lot of anxiety when I thought something was wrong with my heart but since I got the clear ct and echo that has gone now so I'm at a loss.
I am not worried that this is something serious but it's making working and going about normal life harder. Any help would be much appreciated
