Raider.io clarification

New to pushing M+ this season. I'm trying to figure out why my Raider.io score is blue, and other people's scores are orange or purple when they have a lower number than I do. Does this indicate that I'm not as good as they are relative to other people playing their specs? What's the takeaway here for me?
