Supplements for spatial awareness
Hello,
Ever since last year July I've noticed I've been feeling kinda off. I've had a sleep study done with my doctor where they measured my brain activity and they concluded I don't get enough sleep cycles, even if I sleep 8 hours, so I'm basically chronically sleep deprived. Coincidentally this also started at the time after I tried bpc157 for a week, but I don't know if that's related. This basically results in my surroundings feeling kinda disconnected 24/7. Any nootropics that can help with this?
I am aware it is not a cure, but this feeling is having a toll on my mental health. Also there's not much else to improve on in terms of my lifestyle. I am at a healthy bf%, do weightlifting 3 times a week, cardio the other 4, diet consists of red meat, dairy, fruit, honey and eggs. I hit 200 to 800% of every nutrient in cronometer. My bloodwork is looking good. I go to bed every day at the same time. I use bluelight blockers (proper ones) and have incandescent lights in my house. I get enough creatine thru my diet, but I still supplement it daily, and I have tried 25g of creatine at once but it made no difference. I consume no caffeine.
I have tried ND sleep support (I got every ingredient as a powder and capped myself) but it seems to have made no difference to my sleep quality. This is probably the result of me having done shift work for some years, and will probably resolve on it's own, but I don't know how long that will take. In the mean time it would be nice to have something that makes me feel normal.
