Got refunded when I didn’t refund

I bought 3 cases of water for 13$ with self checkout. I used Apple Pay and saw it said approved on the thing. Waited for my receipt but it didn’t come and I just assumed they ran out of paper and left. I come home and saw now see that the transaction was refunded for some reason? How screwed can I be?
