Bryce Canyon: Figure Eight Trail + Fairyland Loop in One Day?

Hey! I'm visiting the Utah National Parks in a few weeks and finalizing my itinerary. As I head from Zion to Bryce, I'm now sorting out whether I'll have 1 day or 1.5 days in Bryce (I'm basically deciding whether I should do the hike to Observation Point as I head east out of Zion, which would take up a good chunk of that day).

My question: If I do one full day in Bryce, can I enjoyably do the full Figure Eight Trail (Navajo Trail, Queens Garden, Peekaboo Loop) in the morning and the Fairyland Loop in the afternoon? I know it's a lot, but I don't mind that if it's doable. I wouldn't say I'm an avid hiker, but I'm certainly a decent one. I just want to see as much as possible during my quick visit. Thanks!
