Garage door won't shut all the way but remains closed

Hi, I would really appreciate if someone can advise me on what to do here. YouTube link video of my garage door behaviour and 2 images show the settings I have set for close force and travel.

Notice the behaviour at the end of the video, however, occasionally, it will close "no bounce", I would say 10% of the time it will close like it should. I've played with the close force and travel but it hasn't fixed it, maybe I'm not doing it right?

I replaced the rubber 2 years ago and have noticed this behaviour in January. I've inspected and lubricated the tracks and wheels. When it does leave that gap after that behaviour, I can wiggle the door up and down by holding the handle. When I discharge the opener to operate the door manually, close the door and lock it, it will leave a gap at the bottom and I can again wiggle it up and down. It's always been that way from what I remember though.

I hope I've given enough details for a possible solution.
