Nintendo Wii Remote Buzzing

When I plug batteries, I get no lights and just a buzzing sound from it (not from speaker). I've cleaned the board and battery slots with white vinegar but nothing changed.

At sight, nothing seem burnt nor not existing there.

What should I do?
