First 3D printer on a budget

Hello there.

I would like to print 20cm (7.8 inches) figurines at home to paint them. I would love them to be as detailed as possible. However, i'm on a budget, and would love to know, what printer is the cheapest, yet gives the best results.

Top budget would be 500euros for the printer itself. My research got me to the Saturn 4, but is there a better printer i didn't have heard of?
