Programs in mpc3 mystery

I have some mpc version 2 projects that mostly import. But then when I reload using the _import version, it fails to load the program on some.

Which led me to try and work out what the program was and now it looks like it just loads the samples and forgets the program.

Has anyone had this and worked out a solution, or know how I might work out what to do?
