starting to explore sleep training for my Daytime Snacker/bad napper

6 - 12 months

LO is 7mo and she's mostly Breastfed, with some formula during the day and before bed, with some solids here and there.... she had a few good nights like 9-10 hr stretches of sleep and then all the regressions and teething hit us like a ton of bricks.

She now wakes up minimum of 2-3x times night and nurses back to sleep eachtime. She's been between 2-3 daytime names with wake windows all over the place. Her naps are between 30min to 1.5 hours.

To add to the fun shes a snacker during the day - I can tell she gets most of her caloric intake BF in the middle of the night, which is less than ideal. I know this because during the day you can't get her to drink more than 3oz of formula at a time when 7month old babies should be having 6oz + per feed (and she's in 70th %tile for weight).

All of this context to say I need to know what to tackle first!
Is it the snacking/feeding, day time naps or not nursing her to sleep? any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
