Is my prolactin level concerning? Day 3 results.

Here are my day 3 results for some important hormones -

1. Estradiol (E2): 106.4 pmol/L
2. FSH: 4.60 mIU/mL
3. LH: 3.50 IU/L
4. Prolactin (PRL): 45.41 ng/mL
5. Progesterone (PROG): 1.59 nmol/L
6. Testosterone (TESTO): 0.672 ng/mL
7. TSH: 4.70 mlU/L My TSH is high for someone who wants to get pregnant. But I am concerned about the prolactin, websites say this is high as well. Also I have chin hair but I don’t have PCOS according to the doctor. Do you think the testo is high well?
