recommendations for shoes

i’m a bartender at a brewery - concrete floors, 7-9 hour shifts, lots of standing around and pacing behind the bar. my feet and knees usually start killing me around hour 4 or 5.

i’ve worked service industry for years and have never experienced the foot pain i currently feel from this concrete floors.

i have pretty flat feet so not looking for anything with crazy arch support. price is not an obstacle.

please tell me what shoes you all wear !!!
