Is redness/welts after SC injection ok?

So I saw benzoate allergic maybe which is the suspending oil mix includes. I use 25 , 1ml syringe, 5/8 inch.

I think as some said I had a 30* angle entry when I should’ve been 45 or closer to 90.

I pulled the fat area away from skin to inject easier.

However, I heard to pull back slightly to test not hit a blood vessel.

No one mentioned if I need to hold it with one hand and then use the other one to draw back while the needle is inside me, wiggling around seems not good, seems to check for one potential bad, you irritate the region to help the other bad.

My first 2 injection welts weren’t itchy or red.

Now it randomly re-emerged my last injection site some rash thing a week later when my itchy red welt from the last injection 3 days ago emerged.

Note: it was not itchy or red the day of and day after injection.

I’m ok if this is fine, I don’t care if itchy. I bought a year supply I’m not gonna just throw it away if it’s not serious.

Doing my first blood work next Saturday, 4 weeks in, at the trough, right before the 5th injection Sunday.
