Ai interview prep help

I have a final stage interview with the Head of UX and Senior UX next Tuesday for a large corporation. One of my biggest weaknesses is interviews, whether in person or video calls. I've curated a document with common questions I may be asked and other methodologies such as STAR but none of this really stops me from going blank and freezing up.

I wondered if anyone knows any tools where you could practice with a bot on a call powered by AI or something similar? Pretending to practice with a fake interviewer could really help, especially if I can feed it questions I want.
