falling teeth and fires

Hi, recently i've been having some recurring dreams and i wonder if they mean something. The first one is basically where i am chilling and then all of a sudden my teeth starts to fall out. I usually go in to a bathroom and see them falling while catching them in my hands, i panic and then think that this must not be real and just a dream and i wake up.
The second one is where i accidentally start fires. In the last one i was in my kitchen and was doing something around the hoven, all of a sudden i start a little fire and panic, i eventually kind of always manage to turn them off but them im left worried that another one will suddendly start and live in this sort of panic state until i wake up. Do anyone know what this means? I've been sleeping really bad lately.
