Dosing confusion

I did my first shot last night, everything I read on the mochi instructions website said to fill the syringe to 50mL because the concentration changes. But my friend said I should have only filled to 31mL.

How are there two different sets of instructions on the website?

Did I just go up in dose on my very first shot? I’m so annoyed with this whole process/experience.
