Please someone explain this to me like I'm a five year old

I am really confused. I swear normally I have a good understanding of things. I can even teach Deleuze and Heidegger. But I do not understand the stock market a whole lot and I certainly don't understand what's happening right now!!! I have so many questions.

1. Isn't uncertainty the enemy of the market? Why is the stock market bouncing back so quickly?

2. If the tariffs to China are 125% does it even matter that the tariffs to other countries are paused, like Sharif (whoever he is) says?

3. I get that business people made a ton of money out of this low high rollercoaster. But does this not make the market un-investable in the long run? Why are these people whose religion is capitalism not stopping this roller coaster?
