I need some help

I apologize for calling trolling I edited my post. I had a different one that was out there that was incredibly helpful and gave me some back pack suggestions.

I am going to costa rica in May 10 day 10 night camping my trip advisor says bring a 55 to 65 L back pack with metal frame. I am going for research sea turtle nesting season. So there's some gear for that. I have never done anything like this before so I have nothing except some cave spelunking stuff. PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS RECOMMENDATIONS or tips I AM MORE THAN OPEN. I am in my twenties and this is my college capstone/thesis. Please help with suggestions 👏
