Won’t have enough to pay for taxes

I am already on a payment plan for taxes from 2022 and 2023. I am going to come up short again on my taxes this year. I’ll have about 2/3 of what I’m going to have to owe. I can’t add to my current payment plan and I believe not paying my taxes on time this year will default my current payment plan. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
