The day after

Jabbed myself for the first time yesterday afternoon. This morning, I joined lots of people in their first-day misery of flu-like soreness and other issues. I’m so happy I could search this sub to find out I wasn’t alone.

However, general question. My digestive process has been historically s-l-o-w. Very very very slow. So I was concerned that this would be a problem since Zepbound slows things down. It’s late afternoon and I am still burping up last night’s fish and onion rings. I have no desire to eat, obviously, or drink anything. I need to drink tons of water because I’m in stage 3 kidney failure, so that’s a problem. Is there anyone out there who has this sluggish of a digestive system who was absolutely miserable after taking this? I’m honestly afraid this won’t be a solution for me if this is how it will be after every shot or dose increase. The muscle pain has subsided a bit, but I still feel like last night’s dinner has not exited my stomach. Ugh.😩 Any ideas or similar experiences??
