Best MLS to use in NYC?

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to come on here to ask if anybody has any recommendations for an MLS that’s the best in NYC.

I have been seeing multiple different options and i’m having trouble figuring out which one has the most accurate information as well as the volume of information.

Ideally an MLS that has commercial properties as well and a way you can see expired listings.

I am licensed so there’s no issue there.

Let me know!

Additionally if anybody in the NYC area wants to connect, then feel free to send a DM. Always looking to expand my network!
