New phone

Ok just need some quick advice - I am replacing my old phone with a newer model today, and have to go through my notes app and photos to get rid of unnecessary items and then back everything else up to icloud. Now, I have some old photos of exes, along with some notes including things I wrote to them, details abt arguments we got into, gift ideas for them, etc. I never deleted these after the relationships ended, bc in all cases we ended on good terms and I never felt the need to - plus it is kinda nice to look back on them sometimes for memories. Honestly, though, im starting to believe im hoarding a little bit. Should I get rid of them and start fresh with my new phone?
