Ways to improve resourcefulness?

Hello.

I'm doing some profession work (alchemy mostly) and trying to improve resourcefulness.

I already have the maxed out tools with enchants, have the Phial of Bountiful Season potion, but what else? How can I improve more, what consumables can I take? Tried to google it, but couldn't find anything useful :(
