Using Onstream in the US

I just relocated back to the US after decades and I needed to know whether using apps like "onstream" and "flixvision" on my phone is going to get me in trouble?

I have been using them for a while outside the country and I just wanted to make sure that I am not exposing myself to unnecessary problems.
