Stopping treatment but going back

I completed around 20 sessions. After a week of not going due to some personal reasons I went back and during the treatment I felt so sick and like I was going to pass out. It scared me so bad I didn't go back since(it's been a month). Now I'm realizing I do want to continue treatment. Would I have to start I over?
