how should I pay for college?

Hello, I’m 19 with about 25k in cash and I will be transferring from cc to university as a junior. Attached is the cost of tuition room board as well as my aid. Tuition is covered, I will have to pay for room and board/food. Housing is 10k a year about and food is 6k per year. I have to pay around 16k per year here but I am only eligible for $7500 in federal loans. Should I pay the difference using my cash? I know that private loans are a bad choice but I do have a 790 credit score. What should I do?
