Having issues with payment while trying to book with Air China

Hello !! So im currently trying to book a flight to tokyo on air china's website. everything was going well until it was time for payment.

So basically i tried paying twice with my debit card (visa) and i got an error message (i think the code was 4620) saying that there was an error and that i had to check my profile informations again :/ im even more worried because before that error i had to confirm the transaction on my bank's application.

whats even more strange is that i still received an email comfirmation from Air China thanking me for the purchase and linking my itinerary but when i go on my reservation, the payment status is still showed as "not paid".

anybody knows what happened?
