Not able to load into matches (warzone and multiplayer) even tho internet works and other games work fine.

I've had this issue for a while. I am not able to play call of duty atm, both multiplayer and warzone won't let me load into a single match. Every other game works, and my internet works, has to be something with COD. this is the error I get, "unable to find match, not able to connect to host"

If anyone knows why this is happening, please let me know. Kinda sucks that I paid for a game I'm not able to play.
