Cash ISA Providers

Hi fellow HENRYs! I already have a stock & shares ISA but planning to open a cash ISA. So I have two questions:

• What cash ISA provider you are using, including their terms (rate, fee, withdrawal) and if you are happy with them
• Do you know if I can withdraw cash from my cash ISA and put it in my stock & shares ISA without affecting my annual £20k allowance (as long as it's done within the tax year? Providers of these two ISA accounts will be different.
