Not pooing whilst on amoxicillin

My dog has just gone on to antibiotics in the hope that his swollen testicle is an infection and not a tumour and I just watched him try and poo and nothing came out. Didn’t see him poo yesterday either and that’s when he started the tablets. He’s on 80mg twice daily. Should I be concerned? Or is it just constipation from the tablets?
