Wedding Venues - Muscat

For those who have recently gotten married or have sufficient knowledge, what are the best wedding venues in Muscat and their prices? I visited a couple of venues, and most were between 13–20 rials per person, but I’d like to hear other opinions as well, especially regarding open-air venues. Also, how much does decoration typically cost?
