Esp32 (or similar) setup to control a fan supplying different voltages through USB-C

Hello,

I would like to control some fans (for the curios ones they re from a cleanairkits air purifier) to be able to turn them all and off and to regulate the voltage to change their speed (I think I just need 5V and 12V). The fans are all connected together and supplied power through a signel USB-C connection.

I was wondering what's the easiest way to accomplish that. I was oriented towards some ESP32 (or similar) board, I could control with Wifi, to which a USB-PD controllable module would be connected. I don't know which module though. Ideas?
