I need some serious help.

Hey, I am a guy who just completed my 12th . Yeah! I dint manage to crack jee. I am thinking of joining btech collages and i am confused which collage is best for me i am writing (MET,VITEEE,AMRITA,TS EAMCET(state entrence exam)). i dint love studying instead i did coding these 2 years. so, i am pretty good at programming. Now i want to join a collage which will help me grow. i dont have hopes on any collage for placement i will do it on my own. but here is the catch my dad is not rich tbh he is not even rich enough to even pay more than 15 lakhs. i am thinking of joining these big private institues if i get a good rank like cat 2 in vit or slab 1 in amrita or any scholarship in manipal eventually my fees would be like 15 - 18 lakhs.

should i join these private institutes with money pressure on my dad cause if i get into these i would get to know more people like me. i am thinking of hacktons,coding culture and startup so is it good. or should i shut my ass up and join a local collage fo (ts eamcet) where the total 4 years fee will be appromiately 6-7 lakhs and on the other side i find people online like me (startup,coders,hacktons).
