I built Reddit for founders
Hey everyone. I was building a SaaS a couple weeks ago and when I wanted to get feedback on my SaaS, I noticed that there was no good place to get some.
On reddit: My posts got deleted and I got banned on multiple subreddits due to no self-promotion (While I was genuinely only looking for some feedback)
On X: No followers = no one sees your post and bad SEO (plus: Elon Musk..)
This led me to create my own platform, aimed at helping founders in the best way possible through every stage of project: idea validation, design, getting feedback and marketing.. It's monetized by ads, so free for all users.
What makes it a better Reddit alternative for founders:
- All post categories help founders at a specific stage (idea validation, marketing, design, feedback,..)
- You can add products and people can discover them by visiting your profile
- All post and product pages are SEO optimized. Members on the platform report users finding their products through Google search.
- There is a weekly launch competition where users can vote on products
- 2-stage moderation (AI + human moderation) to ensure quality content
- Blatant self promotion is detected and not visible on the homepage but links and images are allowed in the #feedback category
Why it currently is not a better alternative for founders:
-
Smaller user base, the platform launched 4 weeks ago and currently has 436 registered users. It's rising fast but at the moment much smaller than reddit.
I would love to hear what you guys think about this. Do you like the idea? What other features would you add? Thanks!
