CHANGE

I am still struggling and my journey has been far from easy i have been going through the hardest time in my life and i want to help you all as much as i can with this prison we call eczema so please hear me out. Be honest with yourself, are you doing everything you can do to improve your quality of life and health ? If the answer is no then please use your will power and change your life.. it isnt easy and it took me many attempts to change my ways for good but on the other side is a better life for your skin, mind and your loved ones which i promise is worth every second of discomfort it will take to change.
