ER38-14F Eartips Discontinued? (Etymotic HF5, etc.)

I used these eartips constantly as they are the only ones I ever found that provided a true seal. When they are new you basically hear nothing external. They are out of stock on Amazon, the Etymotic site, and eBay. Some smaller retailers allegedly have them if you Google (Earplug Store, WiredforLess), but I am hesitant to believe they have them in stock if they are overall discontinued. Anyone know if they are discontinued? If so, any suggestions for foam eartips that truly seal? Comply foam has not worked for me. Too much external sound bleed even for their bigger plugs.
