I can't sleep and need to vent

I was on Twitter/X and a user was posting VERY GRAPHIC images of dead black babies under a post of a white woman calling her biracial granddaughter a “nigga” and a “crackhead”, I'm not completely sure if all the pictures or videos are real or AI but these were mangled, dead babies, I'm deeply disturbed and upset, I am too upset to even cry.
