Beware of American Airlines Barclay credit card offers!

Was offered balance transfer and preapproved. Did the paperwork, got confirmation # and was told 5-7 days would have funds. Weeks gone by. Always get someone new who either can not speak english or has no clue how to help. Wasted hrs on the phone. Calls transferred then dropped. Finally got a real person today after more wasted time. Asked if I was a Jr? As if that changed things dramatically. Did whatever they asked then lost call!!! So tired wasted time and anytime ever dealt with them so rude and no explanation or care on fees. Zero care or concern for customers. Worst credit card experience by far!!! We will not be using this card ever again!
