Did the new SBR Teaser confirm the timeline connection theory?

This may be a stretch, but during the teaser there is a ticking sound and a digit display of the year each Jojo storyline takes place, increasing variably to each chronological story part. With that said, when the teaser arrives at part 6 and the end, the time flies and the digits spin fast until it resets and spins to the part 7 timeline. Does this indicate that the theory of SBR universe is a result of Pucci resetting the previous universe? The display of the time resetting and spinning to 1890 seems to solidify that connection. If it wasn’t, what’s the significance of involving time in the teaser? And further more why emphasize the effect of Pucci resetting the universe on the same time display on the previous parts that coincidently shares with Part 7?
