Tenancy takeover!! July 2025

Looking to hand over tenancy to someone as I am leaving university. There are three other girls in the house, age 19/20 studying law, nursing, education going into second year!

Starting 1st July 2025 -£145 per week all bills included -Hyde park leeds

Things close to the house: -university of leeds (17 min walk) -Leeds Beckett (26 min walk) -aldi & asda (15 min walk) -bus stops -medical centre
