[TOMT][SONG][2010s] Song that ends with an American man saying "but there was no dancing!"

The song is most likely emo or pop-punk adjacent and after the actual song ends you can hear a man with an American accent saying "but there was no dancing!" (side note: I might have the exact wording wrong but it sounds like that!)

I feel it might be Say Anything or IDKHOW or at least somewhere in that alternative genre? Potentially Fall Out Boy. I know the band has a male lead singer and they're American, but everything else eludes me.
